Too personal

A public journal is not always a good thing! This exercise has been with me each day, but posting came to an abrupt stop when health problems intervened for a beloved family member. If you follow the link and look at the earlier postings you will see that they are stitched – albeit very simply. However, that aspect has come to an abrupt stop and the stack requiring the rhythmic pattern of thread is now just about 90 high! (You can see some of them in the shot above).

Looking back at some of the pages is still just a little painful, so I don’t think they will be appearing on the other blog ‘any time soon’!

  1. It’s quite possible that you will be able to come back to them in the future and have happy memories as well as the sad ones.

I doubt I will publish the missing ones, Sheila, it will take too long. They will be completed for our benefit, but the blog series will be incomplete. Hope you are well. Are you coming South?

      1. No, going north to Wooler at the end of the month (an Embroiderers’ Guild summer school) then the Isle of Mull in September (A Brightwater stitching holiday)

I so know the feeling and think of you. Hopefully, things will work out or at least there will be some good times.
