Playing around again

Do you always play safe when it comes to colour? It’s a good idea to play around with it as much as possible, even with the colours you like. For instance, painting wet stripes and allowing them to mingle will reveal some delicious mixes.

Try this with dilute dyes to discover how they mix and match. It’s a very useful exercise – no need to add fixatives if you are using them on paper.
