Lets go for a walk!
Make sure you have a camera and/or a sketch/note book and pen/pencil. Get to know your surroundings a little better.
Walk for 5 mins.
* Stop Look up, look down, look right, look left.
Record what you see.
Take 50 steps in any direction (back towards your starting point if you wish) and * repeat the exercise.
Keep the results handy for another day.
There is no right or wrong way to record this – do it in such a way that it will make you remember the ‘little’ things.
